Introduction: In 2023, the Department of Chemistry was founded. The department has achieved a number of milestones since its founding. There is now one faculty member and 77 under graduate students in the department. Faculty member is experts in many areas of chemistry. In addition to contributing to academic and research disciplines in a variety of roles as resource persons, reviewers, writers, etc., Studying chemistry is important to apply knowledge in making decisions about the use of chemical substances in daily life and is a professional training option to professionally apply scientific knowledge in solving health, environmental, and industrial problems that involve the use of chemical substances and the reactions.
